At CAVÉ, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your experience is as seamless as our designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original CAVÉ box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
